Return and Exchange policy:

We hope that you will enjoy your purchase from Valley-Beauty, but if for any reason you wish to return your purchase you may do so within 30 days of receiving date. In order to exercise Your right please inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Conditions for Returns:

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

    • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
    • The Goods are in the original packaging
    • The Goods were not used or damaged

NOTE: The original shipping cost (if applied) is non-refundable.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

    • Gift Cards
    • Products made to Your specifications or clearly personalized
    • Products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over
    • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery such as hair brushes, combs, flat and curling irons
    • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion

How do I return?

    • Login to your Valley-Beauty account here and select the items you wish to return from your order
    • Once we receive your request, please allow us 12-24 hours for processing. Once tour return is approved you will receive email confirmation with return label and shipping guidelines
    • We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend to pack the items safely and if possible to reuse original shipping box

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective, damaged or for Goods with equivalent value that must be described in your inquiry.
Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

    • Refund to the original payment method
    • Refund to store credit (does not expire)

Who pays for the return?

If any of the following reason apply to your return, we will cover all costs associated with your return request:

    • Damaged product
    • Incorrect item received
    • Received extra item I did not buy
    • Item defective
    • Inaccurate website description

Customer will be required to cover the return shipping cost if:

    • Bought by mistake
    • Changed mind

Unclaimed Packages:

Packages that were send to customer and returned to us by shipping carrier for reasons such as: "Incorrect Shipping Address", "Unclaimed", "No Authorized Recipient Available" will be refunded to customer. Original shipping rate that was paid by us to shipping carrier will be deducted from refund.


How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
